similarly in our body the golucose decoposes in the following way:
2C6H12O6+24O2---------12CO2+12...
O2+h=H2O (water)

C+O=CO (carbon monoxide)
NaOH+HCL will react to produce NaCl + H2O...it is balanced chemical formula.
KOH + HNO3 will react to produce KNO3 +H2O..it is also a balanced chemical equation.
