Don't think so. What is the DEFINITION of a unimolecular rxn?
I think it's not possible to tell just from the chemical equation.
"molecularity" refers to the number of molecules involved at the highest energy point between reactants and products or the number participating in the rate determining step. However if we assume that these two reactions are "elementary" there is only one step involved then the first reaction will be bimolecular and the second will also be bimolecular.
I hope i've not confused this even more!
