Acetone is like propane, except you replece the two Hydrogens on the secondary carbon with a double bonded oxygen.

ethy alcohol is just that, ethane with an OH group on the end of it.

Benzyl alcohol is a benzene ring with an OH group on it.

Aniline: ...Hmmm, Not sure. I cant remember this one, but Ive seen it before. I think its a benzene with three amines on it, but don't take my word for it.

Toluene is a benzene with a single methyl group attached.

I dont know what sucrose looks like.

Benzaldehyde is a benzene with an aldehyde (H-C=O) on it.

Phenol is the same as benzyl alcohol.

Benzoic acid is a benzene with a carboxyl group (O=C-OH) attached.
