both are dangerous oxidizers. Be careful, and know what their properties are.
http://www.skylighter.com carries them both, and ships them throughout the US. Realize these chemicals can be used to make a flash powder - which is sometimes used in illegal fireworks like m-80s - and their sale is regulated. Skylighter may have their own regulations, I am not sure.
I'd use a Visa card; that way if you got a bad batch, you would have some recourse!
