I was in chemistry and accidentally mixed lemon extract and vinegar,it had the same reaction baking soda and?

Answer:
lemon extract and vinegar are both weak acids, depending on the concentration of the lemon extract, the vinegar acid (acetic) can be weak enough to act as a base so that it reacts just like baking soda and vinegar.

Lemon extract has a lower pH than vinegar does.

vinegar and lemon juice are highly acidic. Baking soda is highly basic.
