"Sphereification" Algenic Acid, agar agar, and Fruit Juice?

So how do i make gelatinous spheres of fruit juices and soups from Algenic acid and perhaps agar agar? Like they feature at the El Bulli restaurant. Yes i already own the books and the video... but if someone could point me in the right direction it would be really cool.
