If you have 2 unknown solutions and put them in a testtube and the precipitate is white...?
what are the possible reactants and the chemical formula of the precipitate? all i can say is that both solutions a and b are clear and have concentrations of 1M.
Answer:
There are many white precipitate. Such as Al(OH)3, BaSO4, PbSO4 etc.
So for the solutions, it could be Al(NO3)3 + NaOH, BaCl2 + H2SO4, Pb(NO3)2 + H2SO4 etc.
