Thank you for your reply. Actually, I try to immobilize the heavy metal in contaminated soil using phosphate. so i added KH2PO4 in soil and mixed with water. 4days after I digested the soil using HNO3 in microwave oven. At that time of digestion the metal phosphate bond is break or not?

Your question needs more thought. If you are trying to immobilize anything in soil, you first have to make sure it is mobile. You have not provided any information on the present mobility in soil.
Frankly, the solubility of phosphates and nitrates would tell me that you are really trying to increase the mobility of heavy metals in soil. Is that so? Are you really trying to extract them? If so, there are easier ways.
