Which freeze dryer?
At most, I dry 200 mL at a time. The samples can be up to 85% water, so I need the dryer to freeze my samples before it starts pulling the vacuum (the one I borrow doesn't do this, and you can guess the results). I also need to be able to have the dryer sequence shelf temperature steps: -20C, -10C, 0C and 10C.
Thanks!
