Answer:
3501 mL = 3.501 L
1.75 cc = 1.75 mL = 0.00175 L
2.57 + 3.501 + 30.0 + 0.00175 + 4.5 = 40.6 L
Look at the significant figures !!

2.57 L + 3501 ML + 30.0 L + 1.75 cc + 4.5 L
= 3501000037.07175 L

R u sure that it's 3501ML (Mega Liters) and not 3501mL (milli Liters)
