Mixture problem! HELPHELPHELP!?

Problem stats as follow:

Mixing Acids:

A laboratory has 60 cubic centimeters (cm^3) of a solution that is 40% HCI acid.
How many cubic centimeters of a 15% solution of HCI acid should be mixed with the 60cm^3 of 40% to obtain a solution of 25%HCI?
How much of the 25% solution is there?

Answer:
60cm^3 = 60 mL

So, there are 60mL of 40% HCl.
means that there are 24mL HCl and 36mL of water

U want it to be 25%, which means
HCl : water = 1:4

Let's consider N as the amount of 15% HCl solution

(24 + 15%N) : (60+N) = 1/4
4(24 + 15%N) = 60 + N
96 + 60%N = 60+ N
36 = N - 60%N
36 = 40% N
N = 90 mL

So in the end u'll have:
(90 + 60)mL = 150mL of 25% HCl = 150cm^3
ten gallons.
