How do I transform a liquid substance into gel( like a toothpaste gel)?

Answer:
You can use any thickening agents ( depending on the liquid ) to maek thick liquid or gel , say CMC, Cocodiamide, glycol ethers, ethoxylates and many more.
You can't do that, unless you can get access to industrial products. But I wouldn't be surprised if it's forbidden to own these products. So unless you work in/own a gel making fabric you won't pull it off...
