Why is it important to limit the intake of refined sugar?



Answer:
Because if you don't get out and work off the soda you just drank, it turns into fat for storage, to be used later.
Because refined sugar is like the "whiskey" of carbohydrates -- If I were classifying carbohydrates, refined sugar would be under the heading "The Hard Stuff".
