Science...nitrogen?

What is the use for nitrogen for our daily life?

Answer:
1) Fertilization of Plant life (ammonia)
2) Construction of Amino Acids...and proteins
3) Organic Bases (amine bases)
4) Inert substance in air (Nitrogen gas {N2})

Anything with the word amine in it or just ending in -ine is nitrogen based. We interact with some of them...caffeine, nicotine, histamine, methamphetamine, etc. These all have activity based on the nitrogen found in the compounds.
Nitrogen composes 78.1% of our Atmosphere, so you breathe a lot of it everyday. It is necessary for the formation of amino acids and other living tissue. For that reason, we also use it a as fertilizer for gardens and crops.
Check out Wikipedia's site. They list several, less essential uses.

to live, to have cells, u can ask a biology teacher for this.
The largest use of nitrogen is for the production of ammonia (NH3). Large amounts of nitrogen are combined with hydrogen to produce ammonia in a method known as the Haber process. Large amounts of ammonia are then used to create fertilizers, explosives and, through a process known as the Ostwald process, nitric acid (HNO3).

Nitrogen gas is largely inert and is used as a protective shield in the semiconductor industry and during certain types of welding and soldering operations. Oil companies use high pressure nitrogen to help force crude oil to the surface. Liquid nitrogen is an inexpensive cryogenic liquid used for refrigeration, preservation of biological samples and for low temperature scientific experimentation.

don't know d reliability of these sources. but some sounds true.

One of these uses is making light bulbs. Light bulbs are almost always filled with Nitrogen. Another use is explosives. Nitrogen can be used to make four different explosives. One of these is Ammonium Nitrate (N2 H4 O3). In 1947, a shipload of Ammonium Nitrate went off in the harbor of Texas City, TX. The explosion wrecked the city so thoroughly, it seemed that airplanes had bombed the city. The other three explosives made from Nitrogen are Nitroglycerin, Nitrocellulose, and Trinitrotoluene. You probably know Trinitrotoluene better by the initials TNT. Yet another use for Nitrogen is that it is used to make Laughing Gas.

we use nitrogen in one of the steps to make fertiliser called the haber process
Nitrogen is found in all proteins. We need to eat proteins everyday. All cells are made of proteins
It is important that the atmosphere is only about 20% oxygen and 80% nitrogen.
Plants need nitrogen to grow.
