How do you find the length of an Mg ribbon if you are given the mass?

Answer:
You would need more information, such as width and thickness... Then using the density and mass, you could find length. Without it, the sample could be 2 inches wide or 2 feet wide...

It would be: (l * w * t) * (density) * (1 / mass)
Then solve for l, but be careful of units!
You can't and finding it won't help anyway.
