I have a science question?

Can someone tell me in a paragraph, what happens when someone is driving and u put ur hand out the passenger window, aprox 40-65 mph? How does ur hand move? How does the air affect it?

Answer:
The force of the wind acting on the area of your hand will blow your hand backwards quite strongly.
Turn your hand parallel to the road and the force is much less.
