How much harder is Organic Chemistry 2 then 1?

Answer:
Generally speaking, the second semester is when you delve into the wonderful world of aromatic compounds (ringed structures), and all of the concepts unique to those. It's not necessarily harder, just different material that builds on what you learned in the first semester.
Not much, if you survived one, two shouldn't be a big problem
I actually found that 2 was easier than 1. Then again, it probably didn't help that I had a constant migraine for the second half of the first semester of O-Chem 1.

Also, the majority of O-Chem 2 (at least where I took it) is memorizing reactions with only a few new concepts that weren't covered in 1. There are more reactions in 2 than 1, so it depends on how good your memorization skills are. 1 will cover the techniques of naming and spectroscopy which you will use over and over and over again in 2. If you know those and you can handle the reactions you'll do fine.
