Chemical properties refers to the chemical composition, such as the arrangement of atoms, bonds, etc... For example, if you burn paper, will it still be paper? No, because it has turned into ash. There is no way to reverse the process. Some examples of chemical properties include electronegativity, ionization, flammability, pH level, reactivity, heat of combustion, and toxicity.
