There are way too many to name but here are some of the most important.
1) Beakers- Come in many different sizes, used to hold chemicals used for reactions and sometimes to carry out reactions

2) Erlenmyer Flasks- Also come in different sizes, a more common tool to carry out reactions, it is kind of pear shaped.

3) Funnels- can be glass or plastic, used to transfer liquid into a flask (usually Erlenmyer)

4) Thermomater-Used to measure the temperature of the solution

5) Heat Source- Can be a bunsen burner or a hot plate, used to heat the reaction. The bunsen burner has a flame and the hot plate uses electricity

6) Test Tubes- Used to carry out reactions on a smaller scale, also good when the reaction needs high heat

7) Graduated Cylinder- Used to measure the amount of liquid needed

8) Balance- Used to measure out the mass of the chemical solids

9) Calculator- for calculations

There are many many other tools avaliable but the list would takes weeks to compile. Those are the most basic and most common tools and will be avaliable in any lab
