I saw a video where somone mixed a few cemicals and it started to fiz overflow and turn into a marshmelow how?

Answer:
I'm guessing it only lookied like a marshmallow. I think the reaction you saw was hydrogen peroxide mixed with sodium iodide as a catalyst.

The basic reaction is: H2O2 = H20 + O2

But this reaction is really slow, so a catalyst (NaI) is added. To enable you to see the reaction better some lab detergent is added to the hydrogen peroxide before the NaI is added. The bubbles of oxygen make the detergent foam and raise up out of the container - looks like a giant marshmallow. This is sometimes referred to as the "Elephant Toothpaste Reaction".
