Is fart endothermic or exothermic? prove.?

Answer:
Neither.

A fart is merely a release of gas. There is NO chemical reaction going on, so therefore there is no release or absorption of heat energy.

However, since this is an expanding parcel of gas, the natural tendency is to say that it's endothermic -- that there is cooling due to expansion.

However, you MUST have a chemical reaction in order to say that a process is endo- / exothermic.
Endothermic. The gas is expanding as it is released. Sort of like a smelly fridge.
Endothermic! Because I checked if heat was released when I farted...
i dunnno... y u fart??
Exothermic, the fart starts at body temperature and ends up whatever temperature it is outside, also during the fart the gas expands and so it can become even cooler than outside.
If the fart cools, everything else heats up so heat is released to the surroundings.
It's exothermic because if it was endothermic you'd feel a chill in your anus when you fart. I don't for one. Maybe you could do a poll and see how many people get a chill when they fart and I think you'd find that none do so it's probably exothermic.
exothermic. energy is realsed, causing a smell
Both are involved, depending on where you start.
It is exothermic. A muscle is involved. The sphincter must regain closure The variance of the opening is what makes the sound. You know that when you exercise hard your muscles produce heat. Producing heat is exothermic.
It is endothermic. The gas is produced from the digestion of foods. You must input heat to digest maintaining the proper temperature.
The loss of gas is neither. It is simply transfer.
