Yes they do, and all those rich Americans that can afford to eat beans should pay an extra dollar tax for every can of flatulence that they consume. In fact; there should be a government agency that fastens fart smellers to people in order to know how to charge them for their carbon footprint. Oops I just gave Tammy Wynette her campaign strategy.
