If 23.0g of formic acid (HCOOH) are dissolved in 10.0 L of water the concentration of H+ will be 3.00 x 10^ -3. How would I get the Ka?

your Ka = [H+]\[HCOOH]. You don't put water in this equ. expression because it's a pure liquid. It's just the concentration of the products over the concentration of the reactants.
So, you would have to find how many moles of formic acid you have and divide that by 10 L to get the concentration of the acid, and then divide that by 3.0x10^-3 and you're all set.
