Can someone help me with this problem?

A birthday balloon is blown up with dry air to a volume of 8.4cm3. What volume is oxygen?

Answer:
oxygen constitutes abt 20.95% of dry air (by vol)
=> the vol of oxygen in the ballon = 8.4 x 20.95/100
= 1.7598 cc
20% X 4 cm^3 = 0.8 cm^3
