Acidic atmosphere...?

if the atmosphere in a small room is acidic... how can i neutralise it?? i am thinking of putting something alkalic to neutralise it... is it possible?? if it's possible... what can i put?

Answer:
try something to provide open air.

burning a candle might oxidise most of the acids.

using sodium carbonate also helps.
If your "atmosphere is acidic" you don't need to neutralize it ... you need to remove the source of the acid.

Cookie sheet with baking soda ought to do the trick otherwise.
I would try with sodium bicarbonate ; treatment of sodium bicarbonate with an acid releases carbon dioxide and water.
I would prepare a solution water + sodium bicarbonate and I would wash my car with this solution
