This will depend upon what plastic resin you need and in what quantities. Large quantities, like for commercial use can be found at sites like the first one below.
Small quantities of Acrylic resin (a typical casting material used by hobbyist) can be found in local hobby supply stores and also on the net.
Very small quantities can usually be found where Artificial Nails are sold.
Depending on the plastic, perhaps a dental supply company or a chemical supply company. Some kits have directions, but often don't tell you what to mix it in.
