Where can I find the most accurate Periodic Table of the Elements?

I have seen different tables with different amounts of elements, from around 109 to 120. Also some of the higher numbered elements have different names. Which table is the most accurate?

Answer:
If you have access to an Analytical chemistry book (preferably Quantitative Chemical Analysis by D.C. Harris), it will have a very detailed periodic table including errors associated with atomic masses.
