Is infrared radiation good for drying clothes and bras?

Any idea if IR is safe for textile most of our clothes is made of, as well as lingerie?

Answer:
That's what a dryer does, along with a small amount of evaporation.

In my experience (because of my wife!), dryers are not good for bras with any amount of padding or underwire. Evaporation alone with no massive dose of IR radiation is best for their staying together and comfortable.

As for other textiles, their directions make it clear if that massive dose of IR radiation is bad for them. (Of course, occasionally, they forbid the dryer because the (rough-and)-tumble environment is too brutal on the textile.
That would depend on your source. The sun of course gives off infrared radiation and hanging clothes outside works quite well, but colors can fade.

A space heater works well too but you don't want to hang your clothes too close or you'll have a fire + many synthetic materials melt. Personally I'd just use a clothes dryer or hang stuff up to air-dry (bras especially).
IR does not dry, it only heats
