How can heat contain electrons?

please elplain in detail

Answer:
heat is the random motion of atoms and molecules. atoms and molecules have electrons of course. i would think a lone moving electron would have kinetic energy but i wouldn't necessarily describe that as heat.
Photoelectric effect?
Electrons are expelled from materials depending on the temperature.
That is the main principle for the functioning of vacuum tubes, including cathode ray tubes.
The warmed incandescent cathode emits electrons which speed and direction can be controlled by electric or magnetic fields until they reach the anode.
