LOL...Borax and cornstarch are in most homes. You could way over cook noodles.paper pulp in water.corn syrup...thats slimey.good luck!
I do know how to make a jelly that you could mold into slime.
First, boil some water (it can be as much as you want depending on how much you need). Then, when it's boiled, add a packet of unflavored gelatin (if you add a 1/2 cup of water you need 1 packet of gelatin, same with the soap up next) When the gelatin is completely dissolved, add the bubble bath or liquid soap. Do not beat the mixture because it may become foamy. Stir gently to blend. Pour the mixture in a jar with a lid. Put in the fridge for about 10-16 hours to set. When it's ready squish it until it turns slimy.
Flour/ powdered sugar mixed with water or milk and some food coloring to brighten things up should do the trick nicely.
