I think it's about time that lab testing on animals and humans should be outlawed, do you agree?

In my ideal world scientists would test chemicals and such on people who have committed cruel acts such as rape, child pornography, bloody murder etc.

Answer:
Nobody has a right to inflict pain or test a product on some other creature, especially if it is endangering the life of that creature.
Nobody would like it if it was done to them.
Humans can't proclaim themselves superior to everyone else and treat animals as beneath us.

I agree with outlawing tests on animal but not on the second part of the question

I agree that we should outlaw testing on animals, but not humans. Human trials are a major part of testing for various products but the big one im refering to is medications. We need to known what potential side affects can be expected and the best way is by trialling the medications on human VOLUNTEERS. I however do not believe that they should be trialled on criminals as dispite the fact they are heartless criminals, we would sink to the same level as them if we were to use them as unwilling test subjects.
