Chemistry problem solving?

Imagine you are an analytical chemist who wants to standardize a solution of sodium hydroxide with ethandioic acid. Ethanedioic acid is a crystalline solid having the chemical formula H2C2O4.2H2O. It is available in the pure state and therefore can be used to prepare a standard solution. You are provided with 1.2 g of ethanedioic acid. Devise a series of steps in which you can take to complete the task.

1) How do we prepare a standard solution?
2) How do we calculate the concentration of the standard ethanoic acid?
3) What is the reacting ratio of ethanoic acid and sodium hydroxide?

Answer:
Have got to carry out a design experiment of e.g. ethanedioic acid and sodium hydroxide, using a titration. Can you please tell me the method I should use
Words oxalic acid (ethanedioic acid) A crystalline solid, (COOH) 2 , that is slightly soluble in water.
Chemical name: Open Details in New Window .Purity as H2C2O4. 2H2O.
Pure standards, reference methods, and standard reference materials (SRMs) .
It is therefore important to know the reactivity of the antibodies used .
Diprotic acids, e.g. ethanedioic acid, with NaOH;. be able to perform mole calculations .
More specific guidance and examples of tasks that can provide.
Lots of loose ends to pick up here. First, are both protons in the acid available for OH neutralization? Presumably, one could do a titration, but that involves an indicator (or pH meter); what indicator is appropriate, based on the expected pH?
you would have to slowly add the acid into the sodium hydtoxide( a very strong base), constantly measuring its ph, make sure to keep track of how much acid you use and watch it with the previously measured NaOh. To know the answer to 3, id have to be there to do the procedure...
