Formation of snow flakes--do you think it is a physical change or a chemical change?

Please explain why it is a chemical or physical change?

Answer:
It's a physical change: snowflakes are simply water molecules in their solid form.
Snowflakes, consisting of ice crystals, are a solid form of water.
Therefore they are a Physical change from water to ice.
It is a Pysical change from water to ice. No chemicals change.
Snowflake is a water crystaline structure. Salt (NaCl) will always form a cubic ( box) crystal. Water does not. They say every snowflake is different.
Sorry... tried to find it on the internet, but there is a NATURAL RATIO ( Guessin at 1.6) or something like that that will determine the shape..,crystals, leaves, shape of trees, sea shells. Maybe somebody else knows. It also relates to the lenght of are body and limbs.
