In the problem I have the following for food masses
Total Carbs 44g
Total fat 1g
Total protein 4g

I need to calculate the kcal per serving

Answer:
Carbs : 4 kcal / g.
4 kcal/g x 44 g = 176 kcal

Fat = 9 kcal / g
9 kcal / g x 1 g = 9 kcal

Protein = 4 kcal/g
4 kcal/g x 4 g = 16 kcal
