On a piece of Gold Jewellery what does CL&S in the hallmark mean please?

The rest is something I can't read like two blocks in a box and then "375" then something else I can't make out.

I'm sure it stands for Code Letter and Stamp.There are numerous places u can check this out,such as Assay Marks.Put that in a search.I do know that 375,means the amount of gold in the item,and in real terms,we know it as 9ct gold.Hope this helped you :)
