Unit Analysis?
a. What is 5.9763 X 10^27 g in mg?
b. What is 149599000 km in nm?
c. What is 1083.1579 X 10^9 km^3(cubic kilometers) in liters?
d. What is 0.001 m^3(cubic meters) in liters?
I got:
a. 5.9763 X 10^30 mg
b. 1.49599 X 10^19 nm
c. 1.0831579 X 10^24 L
d. 1 L
I'm wondering if these are right, and also how to convert questions c. (km^3 to L) and d. (m^3 to L) without looking up how many km^3 and m^3 are in a liter. Is there some "bride" unit that I could use in the conversion factor to find it without looking it up (I looked it up)? Thanks for your help!
