Is there a formula to convert micromol/l concentration to ng/ml?

For instance, I have 40uM concentration and the molecular mass of the substance is 830. How do I convert the concentration to ng/ml?

Answer:
1) Convert µmol to mol:
40 µmol | 1 mol / 10^6 µmol | = 40x10^-6 mol

2) Multiply the concentration by the molecular mass:
40x10^-6 mol/L | 830 g/mol | = 3.32x10-2 g/L

3) Convert g to ng and L to mL:
3.32x10^-2 g/L | 10^9 ng / 1 g| 1L / 1000mL |
= 3.32x10^4 ng/mL
