Which are the three different pH levels of 0.1M HCl for dissolution?

we are doing Ibuprofen sofgels dissolution with 0.1M HCl but as per our client requirement we need to do the dissolution with HCl at three different pH levels.

Answer:
pH = - log [H+] = - log 0.1 = 1
if you need another pH value highter than 1 you can diluite the acid.
If you need pH =2 for example >> [H+] = 0.01 M
M = moles / L
L = moles / M = 0.01 / 0.1 = 0.1 L = 100 mL
You take 100 mL of the 0.1 M HCl and you add enought water to reach 1 L
