Tube 1, Tube 2, Tube 3, and Tube 4 all have 9mL of distilled water.

1mL of liquid is taken from the Source and added to Tube 1. Then 1 mL of liquid from Tube 1 is transferred to Tube 2. Then 1 mL from Tube 2 is transferred to Tube 3. Then 1 mL of liquid from Tube 3 is transferred to Tube 4.
From Tube 4, 0.1mL is transferred to a dish where 52 colonies grow. From Tube 3, 0.1mL is transferred to a dish where 498 colonies grow.
How many organisms per mL are in the source?
The answer I got was 52,000,000 organisms/1mL. Is this right?
