Is paint strianis removal from tinplate?

Is there any methord though which i can remove paint strains from tin-plate(metal) sheet?

paint strains? do you mean stains? You can use either paint thinner (mineral spirits, kerosene, toluene) or isopropyl alcohol. In any case, you would have to rub your tin with a rag wetted with one of the above.
