not sure about option "b" but option "d" is weak acid.
actually it depends on wht u mean by strong acid.if u mean like an acid tht can burn ur skin up if it comes in contact then HI is a strong acid.
BUT if u mean an acid tht ionizes completely is a strong acid then HI is weak acid,cz of high attraction(eletronegative difference)
simply HI is the weakest acid here.
