Can a kno3 and sugar smoke bomb set off fire detectors?
Answer:
ANYTHING that causes smoke will set off a detector. They're made with Americium, a radioactive material that has the particles that it emits radiation between two electrodes. When smoke gets into the detector, it interrupts the flow of particles and sets it off. Probably best not to mess around with it.
Why don't you just burn down the building and skip the easy stuff? Grow up.
