What is NORMAL ATOM?

plsss i need the simplest but meaningful answer

Answer:
Define what is abnormal atom?

All atoms are normal atoms. Normal/Abnormal is not scientific definition for atoms.
.
A "normal" atom is one in which the number of electrons outside the nucleus equals the number of protons inside the nucleus, so there is no net charge.

An even more "normal" atom is one in which all its electrons are in their ground state (lowest possible energy level) and the number of neutrons in the nucleus produces the most stable isotope. In the lighter elements this usually means there are the same number of neutrons as protons, but this is not necessarily the case for heavier elements.
An isotope is an atom with one or more neutrons in its nucleus than a 'normal' atom. Usually there are far less isotopes than the far greater number of 'normal' atoms. Isotopes weigh more than normal atoms (and may be less stable) but have the same number of electron orbiting them as do normal atoms and therefore are subject to the same chemical reactions.
