if you have pure butter-no, there shouldn´t be any amino acids in there. it ought to be just fat. although there might be some additives, which contain them.
no - there should be no amino acids in pure butter .
All "natural" amino acids are L-isomers.
And butter *does* contain proteins, it is just that it is *mostly* fat (lipid).
