HOW DO I MAKE a ZERO POINT ENERGY BATTERY?

Answer:
You can't. It's a fiction. Zero point energy refers to molecular vibration levels, which go down as you decrease the temperature but are never totally zero. This is an inherent vibration of the molecule even at the lowest temperature, but it is not "energy" that can be extracted by any means.

So you just have to watch out for any hucksters claiming to have such a device which will "revolutionize" energy sources, if he can just get some funding from you and he invites you to "get in on the ground floor" of his scam. Thermodynamics says no, it's not possible, and never will be possible.
With science fiction and lots of gold.
