If the concentration of Ag in AgNO3 is 0.7 M. We automatically know that the concentration of AgNO3 is the same.
But when equal volumes of different of 0.3M AgNO3, 0.3M SrCl2, 0.3M Na2CO3 are mixed, the concentration is (0.3M/3) 0.1M.
Why is that when Ag and NO3 are mixed, the concentration equals. I'm a bit confused, could someone explain this.

Because there's only one nitrate anion for each silver.
And with SrCl2 and AgNO3 you've got the precipitation of AgCl which is then no longer in solution.
