Are all d elements isotopes?

Answer:
No , all the d-block elements do not have isotopes as a rule, but many of these elements do have isotopes. For example :
Scandium :
only 45Sc 100% Sc is stable with 24 neutrons
Titanium :46Ti 8.0% Ti is stable with 24 neutrons
47Ti 7.3% Ti is stable with 25 neutrons
48Ti 73.8% Ti is stable with 26 neutrons
49Ti 5.5% Ti is stable with 27 neutrons
50Ti 5.4% Ti is stable with 28 neutrons

Vanadium : only V 51 is stable with 28 neutrons
Chromium :
52Cr 83.789% Cr is stable with 28 neutrons
53Cr 9.501% Cr is stable with 29 neutrons
54Cr 2.365% Cr is stable with 30 neutrons
Manganese : only Mn 55 is stable with 30 neutrons
Iron :
56Fe 91.72% Fe is stable with 30 neutrons
57Fe 2.2% Fe is stable with 31 neutrons
58Fe 0.28% Fe is stable with 32 neutrons
and so on ---
D meaning diotmoic ?
isotopes are the same element but with different atomic masses eg carbon is normally carbon-12 but can come in carbon-14
All elements *have* isotopes. An isotope is merely an individual atom or group of atoms which have an atomic weight (# of protons + # of neutrons) which is different than the usual. This is due to a different number of neutrons. E.G., carbon 14 has 6 protons and 8 neutrons, rather than the more usual 6 and 6. (C has atomic weight 12).
All elements come in isotopes (nuclei with differing neutron numbers), including unstable or synthetic ones.

Assuming that by d-elements you mean the metals Sc-Cu and below, all d elements may come in several isotopes. Technetium has no stable isotopes, and I know of only one synthetic isotope.
no some r isotopes and some are isobars and some r none of them
Isotopes or allotropes??

If isotopes, then almost 20% of the elements have their isotopes. If you are talking about allotropes, then only Carbon, sulphur & phosphorous.
