Help with moles in Chemistry!?

How many moles of atoms are contained in the following?
A. 22.5 g Zn
B. 0.688 g Mg
C. 4.5e22 atoms Cu

Please show work bc I don't understand

Answer:
A. 22.5 g / 65.37 = 0.343 moles
because 1 mole of Zn weights 65.37 g
B. 0.688 g / 24.312 = 0.0283 moles
in the same way because 1 mole of Mg weights 24.312 g
C, 4.5 x 10^22 / 6.02 x 10^23 = 0.0747 moles
because 1 mole consists of 6.02 x 10^23 atoms
