What is the equation of De Broglie related to atomic structure??

Answer:
De Broglie suggested that the motion of electrons might have a wave aspect : i.e., that an electron of mass m and speed s would have a wavelenght lambda associated with it such that
lambda = h / mv = h / p
where p is the linear momentum.De Broglie arrived at this equation by reasoning in analogy with photons. The energy of any particle can be expressed ,according to Einstein's special theory of relativity , as E = mc^2 where c is the speed of the light. Using the equation E = hv we get
mc^2 = hv = hc/ lambda so that lambda = h/mc =h/p for a photon traveling at speed c.
There are two equations:

The first de Broglie equation relates the wavelength to the particle momentum.

The second de Broglie equation relates the frequency of a particle to the kinetic energy.
