Bleaching hair what is 70ml in mg help pleasse?

Ihave to use 35mg of bleach powder to 70 ml of cream peroxide i have scoop to measure powder so thats ok but how do I measure the 70 ml of cream peroxide what is the conversion rate? Thankyou.

Answer:
As you have scoop which takes exactly 35mg of the powder fill it twice with the cream peroxide that will be 70ml.
Water weighs 1 gram per ml. The cream peroxide probably weighs about the same as water, so unless you need to be super-super accurate, 70g is close to 70 ml. Remember, anytime you are measuring with a measuring cup, you are measuring volume. Even if the measuring cup says grams on it, it means mL because it is assuming the density of water. To actually measure grams, you need a scale.
Use a cook measuring spoons 5ml and 30ml
You need a measuring cup for the peroxide. 70 ml is a little more than ¼ cup and a little more than 2½ oz. Stir the mixture until it is smooth with no lumps. It needs to be thick enough so, when you apply it to the hair, it stays put and doesn't run
